1. Return Eligibility & Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Condition:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • No visible signs of wear or damage caused by the customer

Packaging:

  • Must be in the original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and included accessories must be intact

Proof of Purchase:

  • A valid order number or digital receipt is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items
  • Products marked as non-returnable at checkout

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.

3. How to Start a Return

Important:
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Fees & Refunds

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Item: Junaid Trading Inc will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Processing:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
